KEY DATES - to organise your participation as an exhibitor:
13 April 2026: Deadline to modify size of the stand - Add to calendar
20 April 2026: Deadline to fill in or send us your communication and signage elements for web and printable content. - Add to calendar
20 April 2026: Deadline to modify your extras. - Add to calendar
27 April 2026: Deadline to make the payment of your orders.
07 May 2026: Deadline to register on the B2Match platforme - Add to calendar
20 May 2026: Set-up of the stands from 14h00 to 18h00 - Add to calendar
REGISTRATION TO THE EVENT :
Please note that you need to register on the EMD 2026 website, as EXHIBITOR, to have access to the event and to fill in the information about your stand in the organisation part : https://www.b2match.com/e/european-maritime-day-2026/sign-up
If your organisation already exists when you register, please do not create it again, you will be able to modify it afterward.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
You may ship boxes directly to the venue.
Please be advised that the earliest acceptable delivery date is 13 May 2026. We kindly ask you to schedule your shipment to arrive on or after this date.
