Request a stand
In order to express your wish to have a stand at EMD 2026, please complete the following registration form before Monday 13 April 2026 by 23h00 CET.
This registration form is the first step in the process of being an exhibitor during EMD 2026 :
- Step 1: Complete the form to request a stand.
- Step 2: Reception of a confirmation email validating/rejecting your participation. The confirmation email will invite you to create a password for the platform.
- Step 3: Access your order to review it and provide your content and signage details for the EMD website and your stand.
- Step 4: Reception of your invoice once orders close and complete the payment before the event, ensuring that your billing information, including your VAT regime and VAT number, is carefully filled in.
- Step 5: Set up your booth on the afternoon of 20 May 2026.
In case of high number of requests, the requested stand size will be validated at a later stage depending on the remaining available space.
If your organisation wants to request several stands because you have several entities to show/exhibit, you can indicate the quantity requested for each chosen stand package.
If several contacts are managing your stand, only one request has to be submitted and one exhibitor’s account/login to be created.
